PROJECT INFO:
At Lincoln-King Academy, GreenPath assisted with the renovation of an existing charter middle school and high school in Detroit. All existing mechanical systems were upgraded throughout the building, and existing classrooms were reconfigured to provide larger learning environments that include general purpose classrooms, science laboratories, woodshop, and art classrooms. An existing mechanical equipment yard was infilled to provide a new two-story entry atrium that serves the learning and gymnasium spaces. A courtyard in the center of the original building was infilled to provide new classrooms and circulation space.
