PROJECT INFO:
GreenPath’s contributions at Dozer Coffee allowed the renovation of an existing building to support an incubator, coffee shop, prep kitchen, and coffee roasting plant. Existing utilities were extended to support new equipment and fixtures and all new HVAC equipment and ductwork was placed. Dozer now offers house-roasted coffee and scratch food to customers on Ann Arbor’s west side.
